Alison Stienessen brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of psychology, brand strategy, and organizational leadership to her work as Director of Organizational Growth & Senior Advisor at Premier Performance Advising (PPA). She partners with founders, executive teams, and multi-generational family businesses to build the clarity, alignment, and mental performance that translates directly into results whether that’s navigating a shareholder transition, developing a leadership pipeline, or reshaping how a team thinks under pressure.

Alison is a doctoral candidate in international, organizational psychology, specializing in organizations and systems and holds an MA in Psychology. Her career spans Fortune 500 corporate communications alongside leadership roles at some of the country’s most respected agencies. That combination of clinical grounding and brand-building instinct shapes how she approaches every engagement: she thinks like a psychologist about what drives behavior, and like a strategist about how to make it stick.

At PPA, Alison leads new business development, oversees marketing and brand strategy, and plays a central role in bringing founder Dr. Justin Anderson’s Intentional Attention™ framework to organizations navigating complexity and change. Her client work ranges from advising ownership groups through generational transitions to designing leadership development programs for executive teams, always focusing on sustainable, human-centered growth rather than one-off interventions.
