In 2011 Ron returned home to Calgary where he sat at the helm of University of Calgary Athletics as Athletic Director for five years.

An accomplished coach and sports executive, Ron knows what it takes to get the most out of athletes and executives. He has spent the last eight years focused on elite coaching and leadership development, as well as organizational assessment and performance.
