Sianneh, Chief People & Inclusion Officer, is in her 10th season with the Timberwolves and Lynx. In 2018 Mulbah became the first female Timberwolves and Lynx C-level executive. In her current role, Mulbah is responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s comprehensive human resources strategy. This includes talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational and employee development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, employee relations, and administrative services. Mulbah plays a key role in the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx Women in Sports Leadership Council, which focuses on the professional growth and development of women in the workplace. She is also on the board of directors of the Twin Cities chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE) and has served as a member of the Minneapolis Downtown Council. A graduate of Bemidji State University, Mulbah received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She also received a Master’s degree in Organizational Management – HR and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul.

Patricia McPhee is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Organization Effectiveness at Medtronic. McPhee has held various leadership positions at Medtronic, including SVP and Interim Co-CHRO, as well as Vice President of Talent and Leadership Development and HR Business Partner for Global Functions. Prior to joining Medtronic, McPhee served as SVP of Global Talent Management at Best Buy and held senior HR roles at Bank of America and 3M. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict.

Harlan Austin, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with national certifications in sport psychology and addiction psychology. With 20 years of experience working in the sport and clinical psychology field, Harlan has worked with individuals focused on high-performance, return-to performance, and leadership development. Harlan has served in many roles including performance consultant, clinician, program developer, and clinical director. He has lectured and presented at national conventions on the topics of sport and performance psychology, clinical sport psychology, athlete psychological assessment, athlete rehabilitation, and athlete return to sport. Through his career Harlan has had the opportunity to work with professional athletes (NBA, MLB, NFL, Boxing, LAX, Ski, Snowboard), healthcare professionals, US Special Forces groups, and high-level executives.
