Dr. Adam Gallenberg is clinically trained in counseling psychology with an emphasis on performance psychology and career advising. He holds his master’s and doctorate degrees in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas and the University of Iowa, respectively.

He has a breadth of experience working with teams and individuals to address effective communication/transition strategies, personal career development, and team-oriented growth.

“Dr. Adam” takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach to his consulting work, providing an individualized plan towards improving business performance and work culture. His commitment to building positive relationships with his clients helps their businesses and teams move toward a better working culture or business transition that aligns with their personal and professional values. Dr. Adam also utilizes a multicultural lens of development, helping teams better understand the strengths of diversity to create an environment of inclusion and understanding.

Throughout his career, Dr. Adam has experience with sport organizations, career advising departments, and local business owners addressing a range of client needs, such as leadership development, executive coaching, business transitions (growth and generational), and team building facilitation. His process and utilization of evidence-based interventions and assessments allows clients to develop better working relationships with others, which is connected to overall psychological well-being and growth.
